The maintenance and operations tax rate for the current and preceding two years:
2025 = $1.15 total tax rate
- $0.59 (Debt Service Rate)
- $0.56 (Maintenance and Operations Rate)
2024 = $1.15 total tax rate
- $0.59 (Debt Service Rate)
- $0.56 (Maintenance and Operations Rate)
Tax Exemptions:
- $20,000 Exemption for individuals who are disabled or 65 years of age or older
- 16% Homestead Exemption offered for residential properties
